Burned bee hive section, model German Field kitchen with two figures.
This beehive burned down in a small wild fire, the hives were placed close to the road. A few other hives were saved. I brought a few pieces home, had these laying outside for about half a hour and to my surprise they where covered with desperate but loyal bees.
The cooks with their Field kitchen found themselves now in this blackened land of honey and got stuck in a ravin. The box can be seen from front and back, and in the back we see that help might be underway.
